Cooling-off period / returns
It may happen that you want to return an order — perhaps the product doesn’t meet your expectations, or there’s another reason why you no longer want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund, including the shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our store are at your own expense (approximately € 7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier’s exact rates).
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Afiba Naturals with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at shop@afiba-naturals.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.
